Pilates FAQs

Fitted, comfortable workout clothing works best — form-fitting leggings and a top allow your instructor to see your alignment clearly. Grip socks are required and available at the studio if you don't have a pair.

Yes. Pilates is widely recommended for back pain because it strengthens the deep stabilizing muscles that support the spine. Many of our members come specifically for chronic back discomfort. If you're recovering from a recent injury or surgery, just let us know before your first class — or consider connecting with our physical therapy team first.

Start with a Reformer class — that's the foundation of what we offer. Just let us know when you book that you're brand new and we'll make sure you're in a beginner-friendly session. No prior experience required.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class start time are returned to your account. Cancellations within 12 hours — or no-shows — forfeit the class. We appreciate your understanding; it helps keep spots available for everyone.

Class packs give you a set number of classes to use within a time period — no monthly commitment. Memberships are recurring and come in three tiers: Studio Essential (4 classes), Studio (8 classes), and Studio+ (unlimited).
