Our Story

What started as a small startup in a garage has grown into a space built with intention, care, and community at its core. From the beginning, treatment has been built around one-on-one sessions, with a simple focus - helping people feel better in their bodies.

As word spread and needs grew, so did the space. What remained the same was the approach: thoughtful, personalized care that’s responsive to what your body needs in that moment. By blending physical therapy with Pilates and mindful movement, we created an environment that nurtures healing and recovery.

Our Vision

To create a welcoming space where people feel supported, understood, and empowered to move with confidence at every stage of life.

Our Mission

  • Provide personalized, one-on-one care
  • Combine clinical expertise with mindful movement practices
  • Help you build strength, resilience, and lasting confidence
