Dry Needling
Dry needling is one of the tools we offer as part of your physical therapy care. It uses thin needles to calm the body’s pain signals, relieve muscle tension, boost blood flow to targeted areas, and support recovery from injury. It helps improve mobility and can reduce muscle, tendon, and nerve-related pain. We pair it with targeted exercise and other hands-on treatment approaches to support better movement and longer-lasting results.

How We Work
"The level of attention at Neighborhood is unlike any other clinic. They didn't just look at my knee; they looked at how I live my life."

Common Questions
Do I need a doctor's referral to start?
In many cases, no. We offer Direct Access, allowing you to begin therapy immediately. We will coordinate with your primary care team if needed.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your initial evaluation lasts 50 minutes and includes a comprehensive movement assessment, goal setting, and your first treatment session.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are in-network with most major providers. Personal Injury Protection (PIP) / Workers' Compensation coverage accepted. Contact us with your details, and our team will perform a complimentary benefit check for you.
Do you integrate Pilates into physical therapy care?
Yes. Clinical Pilates is woven into therapy sessions for appropriate patients. Using the reformer and Pilates-based techniques, we tailor each exercise to your recovery goals. As you progress, we collaborate with our Pilates instructors to support a smooth transition beyond physical therapy.
